11-28-10 units were dispatched with other 1st alarm companies for a Newton box.  Dispatch was for a detached garage fire on Bald Mountain Road.  As units were responding the communication center reported they were receiving multiple calls and it was now a fully involved garage fire with exposures.  Command 8 arrived on scene and confirmed a fully involved garage fire.  Engine 2, Rescue 2, Tanker 2, Car 2 and Ambulance 2-9 responding on the box.  Units operated for approximately 4 hours before units were returned to service.
