Dear South Abington Township Business,

In an effort to provide you and your patrons with the best possible fire protection possible the Chinchilla Hose Company requests that your business please complete the enclosed Building Information Form. 

It is the fire companies desire that this form be completed within 30 days of its receipt and returned accordingly to my attention at the above stated address.  Please work to complete all sections of the Building Information Form as they relate to your site/ business and include floor prints for all floors.  Floor prints should be not be sent on any paper larger than 8.5 X 14.  A separate paper is requested for each floor or basement space.
